OUR RETURN POLICY

If you are not happy with your purchase once it has been delivered to you but it is not faulty or damaged, you may return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. The product you return must be unused and in the same condition that you initially received in the original packaging. We can arrange an exchange or alternatively refund you less the shipping & delivery charges. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the products and taking reasonable care of them until their return. We do not accept liability for returned goods that have been damaged or lost during transit back to us. We recommend that you package the products carefully to avoid any damages and return it via a trackable service.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
Replacements or refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please notify us the next working day if you receive a faulty or damaged good(s).

For details on how to return your goods, please email us on hello@akilondonballetwear.com. For goods that were damaged upon delivery or are defective, we will be responsible for collection and re-delivery charges. For all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item(s) to us.

Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.

Due to the risks associated with COVID-19 and other diseases, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on masks. Replacements will be offered for faulty or damaged goods per our policy. We appreciate your kind understanding.
